In the event of a conflict between this Section and the remainder of this Policy, this Section shall take precedence for California residents. Once we receive your email, we will acknowledge your request and start processing your CCPA request.
Verifiable Consumer Request. In order to verify your request to know, to correct, or your request to delete, you must provide sufficient information that allows us to verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information and you must describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. You must provide your first and last name, your home address, and the linked email account(s) to Steinhafels.com. Please note however, that we may request additional information as necessary to confirm your identity.
Who May Exercise Your Rights? You may only make a request to exercise your rights on behalf of yourself. A parent or legal guardian may make a request on behalf of their child. You can also make a request using an authorized agent on your behalf. See the section titled “Authorized Agents” below for more information.
When We Will Respond. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days of receipt. We will try to respond to your request within 45 days of the date of receipt of the request. If we cannot verify your request within that 45-day time period, we may deny your request. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period prior to the original 45- day response period.
